Gift wrapping and packaging
You will receive your jewelry carefully packed in a gift box with a nice ribbon. Please contact me if you would like to add additional personalized gift information. 
Care instructions
Do not get your pieces wet.
Do not use any cleaners or water.
Do not sleep, shower or swim in your jewelry.
Shipping
Shipping is FREE on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping is $5 for the first item with $1 added on for each additonal item.
Mailing
Mailing labels are printed the day of purchase if paid before 4pm PST, Monday thru Saturday and shipped usually via USPS the following day, except Sunday.
Returns and Repairs
All designs are hand-crafted with great attention to detail. If you are not satisfied with your piece, if it needs resizing, or is in need of repair within 3 months of purchase, please notify us via email at [email protected] regarding the sizing issue, satisfaction or repair need and ship your items with the sales receipt. Shipping or material charges may apply, but if that is the case, we will notify you before we repair your piece.
Custom and personalized orders
Adjustments or the creation of a new custom design especially for you is available. Please feel free to contact me and we can make your own personalized jewelry.
